In May 2019, Moss Utilities started site utilities work on a new 295-unit apartment complex in Rockwall called The Remington at Rockwall Downes. This project required the coordination of multiple utility crews, who worked in tandem with an excavation contractor.

We needed to perform the full installation and testing of all utilities within a tight window, so that our work didn’t affect the paving subcontractor’s schedule. The biggest part of this project for Moss included the installation of a large detention structure, which included a 66” corrugated metal pipe system.
