Moss Utilities is looking to hire a talented and highly motivated Construction Billing Coordinator. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Construction Billing Coordinator. will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations as the company continues to experience rapid growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Manage full cycle AIA billing from invoice to collection.
• Enter all SOVs
• Manage and enter all change orders
• Enter all new jobs into accounting system
• Maintain proper records and google sheets
• Prioritize collection of pay applications and retainage.
• Manage the lien and notice process
• Generate and obtain construction waivers.
• Enter all billing into account system
• Maintain clean accounting records.
