With its small-town charm and high quality of living, Prosper, Texas, stands out as one of the fastest-growing communities in the Dallas area. As a significant number of people are migrating north of the metroplex, there is a pressing need for new schools. Moss Utilities has already laid the infrastructure for 10+ Prosper Schools and is currently hard at work laying the groundwork for Prosper High School #4. 

To ensure that children can be enrolled for the 2025 school year, strict schedules must be followed and executed. Despite the challenges posed by time restrictions and the coordination of multiple crews, our team has consistently risen to the occasion. In total, Moss Utilities has installed over 11,500 linear feet of water line, over 28,000 linear feet of storm drainage, and 6,500 linear feet of sewer to support the development of these high schools.
