In the rapidly growing areas of North Dallas, Moss Utilities is proud to collaborate with Taylor Morrison on multiple new build-to-rent single family projects. These developments seamlessly blend the charm of single-family living with the convenience of multifamily arrangements, featuring duplexes with expansive backyards.

Initiated mid-last year, this anticipated two-year project addresses the growing demand for modern living in cities of Melissa, Celina, and Denton, Texas. 

As the infrastructure backbone of these new communities, Moss Utilities has successfully installed all wet utilities, including water, sewer, and storm systems, totaling 16,445 linear feet for water, 16,625 linear feet for sewer, and 11,115 linear feet for storm drainage for the Stoneridge development in Melissa, TX alone.

These build-to-rent projects require a ton of utility infrastructure to successfully bring water and sewer service to each home.

This is another challenging project because of the rock excavation required in Melissa, TX. Being that our team has the equipment capability and experience to handle any rock, we are moving along on schedule. We are also familiar with the necessary schedule and work requirements for build-to-rent projects.
