Daniel Villanueva is the Vice President of Preconstruction and has been with the Moss Utilities since 2020. Daniel brings 20 plus years of construction and estimating experience to our Preconstruction team.

He loves the thrill of putting an estimate together and waiting to see his hard work pay off. He says that estimating is competitive but rewarding. “Sometimes, you get that immediate reward when you bust your ass for a whole week to put together a bid. Then, you go up against 10-15 other bids and you happen to be the successful bidder — that’s a great feeling.”

Daniel loves spending time with his family and their 3 boxers. On the weekends you can find him helping his daughter with her honors assignments, grilling for his family and friends and occasionally getting some projects done around the house.
