Frank has been part of the Moss team since February 2018, and he serves as our fleet manager. Before he joined our team, Frank had 23 years of experience driving a truck, with 17 years in the food industry and another six years in oilfield construction.

He says that he appreciates the way Moss Utilities operates as a true family “that starts with the owners on down.” Frank says the dynamic team at Moss can lean on each other to overcome any challenge, and that Moss is the best employer he’s ever had.

Frank and his wife Tiffany got married in 1999, and they have two children (Skip and Garrett). They also have a Chihuahua named Rooster who Frank says is “a mean guard dog.” In his free time, Frank enjoys cultivating his vegetable garden, tending his chickens, hunting, and shooting. He’s also a big sports fan who loves watching baseball, football, and rodeo.
